We know how annoying it can be to have dirty window tracks in your home. You are embarrassed when people come over and you are tired of looking at all that disgusting dirt and bacteria!
Follow these simple steps to get your window tracks looking good in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Use a Paper Towel
Use a paper towel to pick up and wipe away any debris that isn’t stuck to the window sill.
Step 2: Spray with Distilled White Vinegar
Get a spray bottle and fill it with distilled white vinegar. Then, spray the entire window sill. Let it sit for a few minutes to soak in and loosen up any dirt or mildew and kill any bacteria that may be growing.
Step 3: Use a toothbrush
Use an old toothbrush that you were going to throw away anyway, and start scrubbing the window tracks, screen frame and window corners.
Step 4: Warm Water and a Rag
Now take a warm cup of water and rinse the whole area. Use a rag to clean up any leftover debris and dry the area well. If there is still some debris left in the corners, take a butter knife and put it inside the rag and then try to get the corners.
